Around ten years of working experience in overseas countries like USA, Germany, UK, Thailand have enriched Anupam’s professional experience.
Managed and delivered large and complex projects working with the C-suite. Instrumental and innovative in figuring out the optimum solutions for business. Focused in employee motivation and retaining skilled resources.Anupam is a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University, and M. Tech. from NIT Durgapur.

Parthadeb holds bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering. He has over 28 years of experience at blue chip Techology organisations (TCS and HCL Technologies) in running major delivery engagements using global delivery model.
He also has 17 years of software, business development and client relationship management experience in the US, UK and Continental Europe. He has specialized knowledge in the BFSI domain and has qualifications from CII, London.
Parthadeb has been the Founder Director of Ǫaser Consultancy and Software in India and the US from 2013. Ǫaser has customers in the US, India, Korea and the UK. Ǫaser specialises in Embedded Systems, eLearning, Web development and Digital Marketing. Ǫaser has received Entrepreneurship Recognition from BCCI (Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in 2015 and 2016.

Anupendu is a seasoned technology leader with a strong foundation in engineering and extensive experience across technical and leadership roles in global IT organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and successfully transitioned his problem-solving and analytical expertise into the fast-evolving IT industry in the United States.
Throughout his career, Anupendu has led initiatives in technology management, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions delivery, guiding cross-functional teams and enabling business growth through innovative technology strategies. With a unique blend of engineering rigor and business acumen, he brings valuable insight into scaling operations, aligning technology with business objectives, and fostering sustainable growth and innovation through a global perspective.

Chief Architect
Jayanta has over 32 years of experience out of which he has worked 24 years for the IT industry. He has worked in India, US, and Europe with extensive grasp on complete SDLC. He has vast experience in Customer Handling, System Designing and Architecture - based on current and upcoming needs of customer Business. He has worked in the Insurance, Retail, Banking, Travel and Transportation and Industrial Automation Business Verticals. Jayanta is also a corporate technology trainer who has imparted a few thousand hours of trainings for many Multinational and Fortune 500 companies on wide technology areas. Jayanta is a hands on Technical Architect who not only designs the complex systems but also develops the critical portion of it singlehandedly.
